REMINDERS: *Last FULL week before Thanksgiving break and before grades are due for
first trimester.
* Health ends on November 24, 2008.
LANGUAGE ARTS: Last individualized gold packet for this trimester. Your list of words will need to be alphabetized and placed in sentences as well as the packet being completed. A quiz will happen on Friday so be sure to study and practice the spelling of each word. Be sure to know the definitions of your words as well!
READING: Two long term project dates are approaching quickly:
*Your Outsiders project is due Monday, November 24, 2008. You will be
presenting it to the class. PRACTICE! PRACTICE! PRACTICE!
*Your Roaring Review on your classic novel is due Monday, 12/01/08.
*Outsiders test on Thursday, November 20. This test will include vocabulary as
well.
MATH: We will begin Chapter 2: Metric units. There will be notes and homework every
night!
SCIENCE: Chapter 3 test is scheduled for Tuesday, November 25. Your diorama of a biome is
due on Monday, 12/01/08.
